Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service Cancellation
Clients can request the cancellation of a project or service at any stage. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer support team.
- For projects that have not yet begun, clients are eligible for a full refund.
- For projects already in progress, cancellations will be subject to a fee based on the amount of work completed. Aaruit Solution reserves the right to deduct the costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will be considered only for services that have not yet been delivered or initiated.
- Services such as SEO, lead generation, social media marketing, or other ongoing campaigns are non-refundable after they have started, as results are dependent on time and strategy execution.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- Refunds for software development, web development, and app development services will be provided based on milestones outlined in the contract. If a specific milestone has been completed, a refund will not be provided for that portion of the project.
Exceptions
- No refunds will be issued for monthly subscription services or retainer-based services (such as SEO or social media marketing) that have already been executed.
- For products and software development, refunds will only be provided if there is a failure to deliver according to the agreed-upon specifications.
